The CSAA 5 Diamond Central Monitoring Station is UL Certified, technologically advanced and built to last. The roof is affixed to 16-inch concrete walls with steel beams and cables. It has two 47 KW generators and 2,000 gallons of underground fuel to prevent power outages. And the phone lines are securely buried all the way to the phone company’s central office.

With two in-house SIA-trained Central Station operator instructors, our entire alarm monitoring staff can offer reliable, courteous service, careful attention to detail and, of course, the personal attention you expect and deserve. All of our operators are CSAA certified.
